Topograph  - £950 (< 1 hectare)

Setting out - £950 (per building)

These prices include peripheral CAD work required to create the bare bones topograph map / with setting out a check with the existing building plan.

Payment is rolling weekly, which considerably undercuts all other agencies on cost, where typically a 6 month contract is minimum.
